• • The competition is open to young opera singers of all nationalities.
  • Applicants must be born after January 1, 1991.
  • By submitting the application form, each applicant confirms that they meet the age requirement and all conditions stated in these rules.
  • Each participant must prepare five arias from the Romantic period.
  • The list of arias must include the opera title and composer.
  • The submitted program may be used by the organizer for scheduling, program preparation, and jury documentation.

• • When completing the form, applicants are kindly requested to provide accurate and complete information in order for the application to be considered valid.
  • The application fee must be paid at the time of submission. Proof of payment must be uploaded within the application form, in accordance with the instructions provided in the form itself.

  • The application fee is non-refundable in the event of a participant’s withdrawal, failure to attend, or submission of a late, incomplete, or unjustified application.

  • In the event that the competition is cancelled by the organizer, or if the competition cannot be held, the organizer shall refund the application fee or offer an alternative date. Any refund may be reduced only by actual administrative costs, provided that such costs have been clearly stated in advance and are legally applicable.

• • By submitting the application, participants acknowledge and agree that, in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Croatia, they are solely responsible for obtaining an OIB, the Croatian Personal Identification Number, if required for the payment of any monetary prizes. Obtaining an OIB is the personal responsibility of the participant. Hrvatski dom Split does not facilitate and does not assume responsibility for the OIB application process on behalf of participants. Participants are informed that obtaining an OIB in person upon arrival in Croatia may simplify the procedure and help avoid administrative complications. An OIB is required for the payment of any prize money awarded during the competition. Failure to obtain an OIB may prevent the payment of such awards. By applying, participants confirm that they have read and understood this information and accept full responsibility for obtaining an OIB where necessary.
  • Participants are responsible for arranging and covering their own travel, accommodation, meals, insurance, and any other personal expenses related to their participation in the competition. The organizer is not responsible for any travel delays, visa issues, personal expenses, or other costs incurred by participants.
  • The number of participants is limited. Applications may close earlier if the maximum number of participants is reached.
  • Payment is made through the Adriaticket online system via the official payment link provided by the organizer.
  • The proof of payment is mandatory and constitutes an integral part of the application.
